I ran track and cross country  in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.

Our Cross Country team helped out with the  Logan Fun Run and Biathalon. It was really fun and the farthest I've ran in a long time. The kids we ran with were  funny, most of them would sprint and then walk and then sprint past their classmates and walk again. It took quite a bit of encouraging to keep them running. They all did an awesome job and it felt like a good start to the Cross Country season.

I ran to willow park this morning. It was really pretty and the weather was perfect.

I ran from the base of cliffside up to the  Deer Fence. After the Fun Run last week I pulled what I think is the tendon of my hamstring. Anyway I didn't want to hurt it anymore with Cross Country starting up. I whant to run more consistantly next week and maybe do a 5K.
