I ran a mile warmup with Nouman to the track. At the track we did 3 400's all around 1:30. I haven't been on the track for a long time and I felt really out of shape. After we ran another 2 miles back to SUU. I start my training plan for the st George marathon on Monday. I have a long way to go as I need to lose about ten pounds, gain back some speed and really build up my mileage. Even though I felt really out of shape today it was a lot of fun to go to the track and start running again. In the words of Nouman, "I'm running again, I've got my freedom back!"
