I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
We had optional track practice today. Not very many people showed up so we played basketball and capture the flag. It's amazing what a good workout you get just running across the gym. After we did a really hard core workout.
