My shins had been hurting all day, but I decided to still go to track practice. We did a mile warmup then 2 600's R-pace, 4 400's r-pace, then some 300's and 200's all with a 1-1 rest. I only got through one 300 before I could barely walk from shin splints. My coach said to take the weekend off. I think I'm taking monday off too. |
