We started the day by racing a mile which was really fun because the course was downhill. I got a 5:46 which was close to a PR. Later we did intervals at a park they were tough but I was the fastest in my group so by the end I still had energy to run back to campus at t-pace. We also did a run on a trail near my school, we ran it at a good pace and it was fun. We also did strength training and swam so by the end of the day I was tired. |
