I decided to do one of the workouts our coach is having the kids going to Footlocker do. I did a 800 warmup. Then five 400's Rpace, average about 1:10-1:15.That was the workout for Footlocker. But I really wanted to get some distance in. So I ran 4 miles t-pace. When I got back Jerrell had started the workout on the track. So I did a cool down and a couple 200's on the track. Footlocker is on Saturday, I'm excited for all the kids going! |
