Today was really cold and it was snowing on and off. I met Jessi at Utah State to do a track workout. Neither of us were feeling very good and the cold was hard. We did two 1,000's T pace. Then two 800's I pace and four 200's R pace. My muscles felt really tight, so when I got home I did a stretching workout. After I felt a lot better. We get to start hills again on Monday. |
