I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
I have some pretty bad shin splints they were hurting alot today. I think I'm not going to run over the weekend so they can heal. Track starts in one week.
