I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
6 easy miles. I've been injured and sick so I haven't run very much the last week or so. Track officially started today. I'm just hoping none of my injuries come back.
