I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
2 miles warmup. Then 3 five minutes t-pace with 3 minute rests. We have a meet against Sky View on thursday and then Pine View in St. George on Friday and Saturday. I'm going to be running the mile and 2 mile. I'm super excited.
