I ran track and cross country  in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.

Our workout today was 4x1,000 at i-pace. It was hard to do a track workout after spring break. My 1,000's were supposed to be around 3:55, the first one was 3:58, then a 3:55. The third one I ran with Jesse Dunn and I wasn't checking my watch I was just trying to keep up with him. The third 1,000 was around 3:46 and then I was really tired for my fourth one wich was a 3:58. It was  a hard workout but felt good. After I did a 3 mile cool down through the river trail.

Mile warm up and stretches, 3x mile at a hard pace. I ran these on a course that started with a steep hill and then continued onto more flat and rolling hills. My times were 7:24, 6:55, 6:47. I really liked this workout and will probably use it again.
