I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
We ran down to Merlin Olsen Park e-pace. When we got there we did 7 one minute sprints with one minute rests in between. Then we ran back. After Jenny, Hannah and I did some weights and core.
