I ran track and cross country  in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.

I haven't been this tired from a run for a long time. I ran to Cross Country practice and from there we ran up to Lundstrum Park. It is up hill most of the way to Lundstrum and I was running with the varsity boys at a good pace. We weren't going really fast but we went far which made it really hard. When we got to Lundstrum Mark wanted to go another mile and we agreed even though we were all dieing. My run home wasn't much more than a jog because I was so tired.
