We couldn't run outside again. Our coach said it's similar to if you were running while smocking. So we did a twenty minute warmup on the treadmill then 5, 5 minute t-pace with one minute rests in between. The first 5 minutes I wasn't going really fast. The second five minutes were faster and I kept it at that pace for the third one too. The forth had increased incline and the fifth was a lot faster and I was working on form. After I did core. On Saturday is my first track meet. The only thing I know I'm running is the 800 relay. |
