I ran track and cross country  in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.

we ran up to second dam. It was a little bit faster than my normal e-pace somewhere between e and t-pace. The snow and ice made it a little tricky coming back down. I felt good and it was nice to do some higher mileage.

I was the guinea pig for one of my coaches speed workouts. I did 5 minutes e-pace than 5 t-pace. After I was supposed to do 8 twenty second all out sprints with five second rests in between. I ended up doing ten because my first couple of sprints were slower and I wasn't feeling very tired at number 8. After 5 minutes cool down. It was more fun then I thought it would be. I don't really like speed workouts but this one was good.

I did the same workout as yesterday but this time with the whole team. After i did a core Race RX type thing for distance runners. It's still a work in progress but I think it will be good.

I was pretty worn out from RaceRx and all the speed workouts. We did a run through the school with sprints every 5 or so minutes. It wasn't hard but I was just really worn out  and sore from the rest of the week.
