I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
My knee was hurting a lot by the end of the run. I don't think it's anything major but it does hurt. I might take a day off tomorrow and see how it does.
