I ran track and cross country  in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.

I have camp the next couple of days so I don't know if I'll be able to run. Today was a good seven miles at cross country then a mile on the track and 2 miles running from home and back.

I made a bad choice to run after dinner I ended up walking at the end because my stomache hurt so bad.
