I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
Today was really fun at Cross Country, I really like our new coach. I also got to run with Miranda for a little while and we did some fun team building games.
I ran with the Cross Country team up to Old Main were we ran up the stairs 5 times. It was fun but I don't think it was very good for my knees. My legs also felt really dead from yesterday.
