We did a hill workout at Old Main today. I ran from Logan High to Old main at tempo pace for a warmup. Then I did 5 R-pace sprints up the Old Main bike trail. The first and second sprints felt good, and most of the team hadn't shown up yet. I hit my goal at about 1:50. The third and forth sprints I felt horrible. The cold was really hurting me at my 4th sprint and I was breathing really hard. So for the fifth sprint I didn't go all the way. After the hill workout I ran back to the school with the team. |
