We didn't have school today but some kids were still meeting for indoor track. I went, but there were no distance runners there. So I did the sprinters workout. We did a mile warm up with stretching. For the workout we did 30 seconds t-pace then squats for 30 seconds, run again, jumping lunges, run, burpies. We did that 3 times. After we did a pretty hard core workout. It was nice to work on other things besides just long distance. |
