I ran track and cross country in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.
My coach is having me do the sprinters workouts for the next to weeks to see if I like it. Today we did hurtle mobility and core. After I ran 2 miles t-pace.
