I ran track and cross country  in high school. In 2016 I finished off my high school career running my first marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon. Sense then I've ran a few half marathons but haven't been running consistently. This summer I'm hoping to get back into running and PR at the St George Marathon this fall.

Today we had Race RX. It was pretty hard but we didn't do any running. After I did a quick 2 miles t-pace.

My coach is having me do the sprinters workouts for the next to weeks to see if I like it.  Today we did hurtle mobility and core. After  I ran 2 miles t-pace.

1min e pace, 1 min t-pace up to 5 min. I ran by first dam. It felt really good to do a distance workout.

Sprinting workout today. We did a warm up outside in the snow, it was pretty cold. After we did sprints and core.

4 miles trailblazing through the snow. The snow made the run a lot harder. But it was still fun.
